The Executive Committee is composed of the nine officers and a representative each of the five political blocs which sit in the Board, namely SANLAKAS, Kilusan para sa Pambansang Demokrasya (KILUSAN/ KPD), Pandayan ng Sosyalistang Pilipino (PANDAYAN), Partido ng Manggagawa (PM), and Concerned Negrosanons for Freedom and Democracy (Confredem). In addition, the Board elects from among organizations and individuals elected at large to the Board to complete the composition of the Executive Committee.
