In response to ADB’s policy framework propounded in various meetings of the Bank this year, Ellenor Bartolome, FDC Program Staff, wrote an article highlighting the call for a whole-of-society approach crucial for economic development. Wherein the involvement of all social sectors are necessary agents in facilitating this vision and should veer away from heavy reliance on big private corporations in toggling economic agenda of countries.
